The Alberta Youth Scoring Tables were developed in 1995 by Marek Glowacki (at the time, Athletics Head Coach of the University of Alberta) to support combined events for Under-14 age groups. The tables (included in Hy-Tek Meet Manager) are designed to score performances of girls and boys of age 13-and-under in the following events: 50m, 60m, 70m, 80m, 100m, 150m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1200m, 1500m, 50m Hurdles, 60m Hurdles, 80m Hurdles, 90m Hurdles, 100m Hurdles, 300m Hurdles, 1500m Race Walk, Long Jump, Standing Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw, and Ball Throw.

The tables accommodate the Under-10 age group in addition to Under-14 and Under-12 age groups.
