Outdoor events are also subject to postponement/cancellation due to other factors, not least severe weather conditions and/or the
air quality health index (AQHI).   (An AQHI at/above seven requires postponement/cancellation under Athletics Alberta guidelines and School Sport Alberta (SSA) policy.)

Reminder:  Events of interest to you might be noted on the Athletics Alberta calendar, Athletics Canada events list,
Its Your Race "upcoming events", Trackie calendar, Race Roster "upcoming events", and/or RunGuides (among others).

Note:  Some registration web sites use the highest level of security.  Therefore, the website links for their events might not work for those using older browsers (see www.howsmyssl.com) or where TLS 1.2 is not enabled in the browser (see Environment Canada's Web browser security update notes).  To configure the browser to enable TLS 1.2, please check the help for your browser.  (That some sites are slow due to their bloatware is a separate issue....)
